Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
Items can only be exchanged if they are defective, the wrong size, or incorrect. For home items, they must be in the original packaging from FatimaOmerMalik.com. Similarly, articles delivered in boxes, such as the Unstitched Women’s collection, Menswear, and semi-formal pieces in garment bags, must be returned with their original packaging.
Process of Online Exchange:
The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days after verification. For in-store exchanges, customers must present the original invoice and ensure all tags are intact on the purchased item. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or received the wrong size, they will need to drop the item at a specified location. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange for a pickup from your doorstep.
Items Not Allowed for Exchange:
- Items purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Fragrances, cosmetics, and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged.
Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons, and the exchange process may take longer than usual.
International Orders:
At this time, FatimaOmerMalik.com does not have an exchange/return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care department for assistance.
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them safe in case you find any issues with your order. These photos will help resolve any complaints quickly if you receive an incorrect or damaged article.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with an SMS containing your COD amount and order tracking ID. Once the product is delivered, our exchange policy applies to the order.
FatimaOmerMalik.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:
- The item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Payment declined by the issuing financial institution
